After working for several years in a plastic and reconstructive surgery practice in Maryland, Dr. MacPhee returned to North Carolina to open the doors of her own practice—Renaissance Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in Raleigh.

Dr. MacPhee is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill medical training system. She received postgraduate training as resident in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Surgery of the Hand at UNC. Dr. MacPhee was also a resident in the Division of Plastic Surgery and the Department of General Surgery at the University of Florida. Prior to her post- graduate studies, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
